Instructions:
1. After entering your name, a confirmation dialog will pop up asking you to run or save a file. Click Run.
2. Another dialog will ask you to run. Again, Click Run.
3. Windows Firewall may or may not ask you to unblock the application. Click Unblock.
4. Windows UAC (User Account Control - Vista only) may or may not ask you to allow or deny the technician special elevated privileges. Click OK.
5. Remote Help Permission - Once the tech support representative has elevated privileges and requests control of your desktop, LogMeIn will ask for your permission. The technician will be able to see what you see, and manipulate your computer freely. Click Yes.
